This vintage  from 1983 is #4 in the  Collector's Series. The ornament features a sweet child sitting on an iceberg with a flocked seal. There's a hook at the top for hanging.

The child has black hair and wears green gloves and a grey parka with red, dark grey, and white trim.

The ornament has been displayed, so it shows some light wear and the white parts of the child's parka show some light dirt. It comes with its original box, which also shows some wear.

The iceberg says "Merry Christmas 1983" in white writing.
